By downloading or using the Acute App mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our application.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights in and to the app are owned by Acute App. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the application or any portion thereof
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
  • Create derivative works based on the application
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels

3. Fees and Charges

Acute App may introduce charges for certain features or services at its discretion. We commit to transparent disclosure of any applicable costs before you incur them. Any fees will be clearly communicated within the application or on our website.

4. Updates and Modifications

We may release updates, upgrades, or new versions of the application from time to time. These updates may include bug fixes, feature enhancements, or entirely new functionality. You may be required to update the application to continue using certain features.

5. Device Security and Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and login credentials. We recommend that you:

  • Keep your device's operating system up to date
  • Use strong passwords and enable device security features
  • Not jailbreak or root your device, as this may compromise its security and cause the application to malfunction

Acute App is not responsible for any security breaches or data loss resulting from compromised device security or jailbroken/rooted devices.

6. Internet Connectivity

Certain functions of the application require an active internet connection. Acute App is not responsible if the app does not function fully without internet access. You should confirm that you have permission to use mobile data if you are not the bill payer for your device.

Please note that data charges may apply when using the application over a cellular connection. Acute App is not responsible for any data charges you may incur.

7. Third-Party Information

Some features of the application may rely on information provided by third-party sources. While we strive to ensure accuracy, Acute App accepts no liability for errors or omissions in third-party information and makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of such information.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Acute App shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from:

  • Your use or inability to use the application
  • Any errors, interruptions, or defects in the application
  • Loss of data or content
  • Any security breaches or unauthorized access to your device
  • Actions of third parties

We do not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Termination

Acute App reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the application or your access to it at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

  • Violation of these Terms and Conditions
  • Technical or security reasons
  • Business decisions

Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the application and uninstall it from your device. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

10. Changes to Terms

Acute App reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated terms within the application or on our website. Your continued use of the application after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Acute App operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
